Build Process
We streamline your custom tiny home purchase by first consulting with you to finalize all design elements. Once the contract begins, a 40% upfront payment is required, initiating the construction phase, which includes framing, windows, exterior doors, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. In the second phase, after another 40% payment, we focus on interior finishes like colors, cabinets, countertops, and fixtures. The final 20% payment is due upon completion, at which point your tiny home is ready for delivery.
Delivery
